Everything from a dripping faucet to a full home repipe. Below are the top 10 plumbing services we're called for most often — but we do all plumbing. If you don't see it on the list, ask us.

Everything else

We're plumbers — we do it all.

The ten services above are the ones we cover in detail on this site, because they're the calls that come in week after week. They aren't the limit of the work. Plumbing problems that don't fit a tidy category come up constantly, and they're a normal part of the job for a full-service plumbing company.

So don't spend time deciding which heading your problem belongs under. Call and describe what's actually happening — where the water is, what changed, and when it started. That conversation gets you a straight answer faster than any list would.

Services FAQ

About our plumbing services

What counts as a plumbing emergency?+

Water you can't stop, sewage backing up into the house, or the smell of gas. For gas, leave and call the utility first. For water, close the main shutoff — that single step decides how much of the damage you end up repairing.

Tank or tankless water heater — which suits a Ventura home?+

Tank is cheaper to install and simpler to replace. Tankless needs more gas capacity and different venting but gives continuous hot water and lasts longer. Household size and existing gas supply usually settle it.

Why do main sewer lines back up?+

Roots finding an existing joint or crack, grease and solids building on the pipe wall, or a structural defect like a sag or a broken section. Repeat backups in the same place point at the pipe, not at usage habits.

Is a water softener worth it here?+

Ventura County water is hard, and scale shortens the life of water heaters, valves and appliances while leaving spots on fixtures and glassware. A softener addresses hardness; it doesn't filter taste or contaminants — that's a separate system.

What should I know before gas line work?+

Gas work generally requires a permit and inspection in Ventura County, appliance capacity has to be sized against the whole system, and flexible CSST lines must be bonded to the electrical ground. Ask who is responsible for the permit before anything starts.

When does a house need a full repipe instead of repairs?+

When leaks stop being isolated events. Repeated pinholes, rusty first-draw water, and pressure loss across the whole house usually mean the pipe itself has reached the end, and patch repairs start costing more than replacement.

How do I choose between fixing and replacing a fixture?+

Age, parts availability, and repair history. A newer name-brand fixture is usually worth a cartridge or valve repair. Once parts are discontinued or you're on the third visit, replacement is the cheaper route.
